Your Appointment
We encourage you to join us for your inspection so we can explain any issues as we find them. We will also meet with you and your realtor afterward to summarize our findings before providing you with a detailed home inspection report. You can expect your inspection to take between 2.5-3 hours depending on the size and condition of your property. We pride ourselves on our attention to details and customer service and will spend the necessary amount of time on every inspection.

Pre-Listing

We’ll look for gaps in the framing, and make sure fixtures, sockets and outlets are in the right place. One Year Inspection
Most builders offer a 12 Month Warranty on new properties. Since we are also licensed as a General Contractor, we know precisely what to look for in the 11th month. We’ll note any issues with materials or craftsmanship, and give you a full report and summary that you can submit to your builder. Your Inspection Report
We use HomeGauge Software Services to generate the highest quality inspection reports for our customers. Once your report is ready, we’ll give you a username and password to retrieve your online report using your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Your report shows our findings with clear, detailed explanations and images taken during the inspection.
You’ll also have access to a handy Create Request List tool unique to HomeGauge reports. This interactive tool allows you or your realtor to note how any of the issues found during the inspection should be addressed.
